Libby DeLucien started out with a company called Organize It, which specializes in helping people organize their homes. Then, she expanded into the cleaning industry, cultivating a highly motivated and effective staff that grew her company very quickly. Since then, she has created a hiring company called WootRecruit.
While it might sound counterintuitive, Libby says business owners who put themselves first tend to build the most successful companies.
When entrepreneurs put themselves first, they’re in a better mental space to be able to make sound decisions for their business.

As a business owner, it is important to prioritize yourself in order for your business to thrive. Even though you can’t prevent unexpected events or setbacks, you can still set your business up for success with a few pro strategies.
